The second probleme is the atmosphere, its contain too much oxygen, a half of the entire atmosphere is composed of oxygen and the pressure is high, around 10 Atm, making it hostile for civilisation that want to colonize that planet.

Some fact

The planet name is from the turquoise colored atmosphere, due to the rich amount of oxygen in it. The second fact is that there is some zone in the ocean made out of sulfuric acid, because having slight amount of sulfur deep in the ocean and SO2 from oceanic volcano, making the marine life in here having a very thick and solide skin. The third fact is that one of the moon orbiting the planet is stealing the rings of the parent planet very slowly, about 50 millions years the rings would disapear.
